I see myself an analogical type learner who likes to understand very details of every swinging motion. I often introduce myself as a “golfing technician” when meeting new buddies.

There are a dozen golf books and DVD at home. Adding with the countless number of golf magazines and online videos I have read and watched now and then I thought myself quite knowledgeable in major modern golfing theories.

Not any more until I came across Jeffrey Mann’s website.

Whatever I have read and watched, Jeffery have gone through them, double folded in volume; and he made much more critical and convincing reviews using his professional knowledge on anatomy & physiology. His writing has cleared many doubts on my mind for years over conflicting recommendations from other pros.

Jeff’s web site is my biggest discovery as a Christmas gift to myself in 2011.

About Jeffery Mann

As a retired physician with a MD degree, and also a BSc degree with majors in anatomy and physiology, I believe that I know much more about human anatomy, human physiology and human biomechanics than all the famous professional golf instructors. I have used this knowledge to write a few review papers that describe different aspects of the biomechanics of the golf swing, and these review papers are listed in the “miscellaneous topics” section.
